Quality can never be achieved by checking over a switch after it is made. If quality is to have any meaning, then it must begin with correct basic concept of every component, and it must be continued through every stage of the manufacturing cycle. Specification and checking of raw materials is as indispensable as good workmanship which must be continuously checked.

Imperial does not merely assemble the components of Rotary Switches. IPMPW has in-house facilities for moulding of various thermosetting and thermoplastic components used in manufacutre of Rotary Switches. In addition, it also has tool room facility for manufacturing and maintaining various dies and cutting tools.

The Switches are rigorously checked electrically and endurance test are also carried-out to ascertain the true quality of the switches.
